Meet! MSC Seaside – the ship that follows the sun! On March 18, 2015, MSC Cruises, the largest private cruise line in the world, announced the imminent entry into service of new ships of the next generation of the SEASIDE class. MSC Seaside “The Ship that follows the Sun” is the first ship in the history of MSC Cruises to be christened in the USA. Beginning in December 2017, MSC Seaside began operating year-round navigation in the Caribbean out of the Port of Miami. The hallmark of MSC Seaside, the first representative of a new generation of cruise ships, is bold design solutions and high technology. The highlight of MSC Seaside is its proximity to the sea. The new ship will boast a variety of common areas, many of which will have access to the open deck. A unique design feature of MSC Seaside is a magnificent 323-meter long panoramic promenade located close to the water along the entire length of the ship. Here you can have a snack, go shopping and sunbathe. And once in one of the panoramic elevators, our travelers will be able to admire the breathtaking views of the sea. On board MSC Seaside there is one of the largest and most interactive Water Parks on the high seas, which will not leave boys, girls and their parents indifferent - with water slides, games and attractions. In addition, MSC Cruises announced the renovation and expansion of the MSC berth and terminal at the Port of Miami, which indicates the company's serious intentions to gain a foothold in the North American market and desire to provide its passengers with high-quality service.

MSC Seaside features one of the biggest and most interactive multi-storey aqua parks at sea. Two decks on the ship offer activities for children and families, including adventure trails and slides. MSC Seaside is the first cruise ship to feature slideboarding technology, which combines a unique waterslide and interactive video game. The 367ft, two-storey slide comes with a sleekly designed raft with embedded game controller.
On duelling high-speed aquatubes, guests can race against each other through 525ft of twists, turns and drops, on slides that partially extend over the side of the ship, giving the riders a view of the sea.
AquaPlay and AquaSpray are two play areas in the AquaPark that are dedicated for young travellers aboard. The areas feature an active and colourful water play-area, with tipping buckets, spray cannons, solid stream jets, a rain tree, and a mini-slide. Other AquaSpray activities include jets, falls, and forts for all age groups.
Adventure trail is another activity area where guests can find a rope course between soaring towers, rope bridges, climbs, tunnels and slides. It is directly connected to the aqua park.
Other entertainment areas on the ship include a new theatre, a comedy club, and a full-sized bowling alley. The ship also features an enhanced MSC yacht club, which includes a private solarium, lounge and a pool.
On board all MSC Cruises 5 * liners, there are free children's miniclubs where you can leave your children (from 3 to 17 years old) under the supervision of tutors. There are special programs designed for three age groups:

Entertainment: chess, checkers, modeling, paint, group games, sports tournaments, parties, concerts and much more.
Babysitting services on board are not available.
The price of the cruise includes meals on board with a shift dinner system, i.e. Dinners are held in 2 shifts 19:00 and 21:00 respectively. Cabins of class Aurea offer free time for dinner. The buffet is open for 20 hours a day.

Special meals: you can order a special diet, but on condition that the request will be made in advance (at the time of booking the cruise). Gluten-free products are offered to guests: snacks, cookies, croissants, biscuits and pastry products. A kosher menu is available upon request no later than 2 months before the cruise.
The cruise company recommends to have three types of clothing during the trip:
for recreation and sports (casual);
clothes and shoes for excursions, depending on the season and route features (sport and casual);
elegant clothes for evening visits to restaurants and evening events: shows, casinos, clubs, bars (smart casual "more strict" and formal "strict").
During the evening events, the cruise company does not welcome a beach clothes.
